The map was redesigned to feel less overwhelming in real life.

Feedback told me the same thing: too many controls can feel heavy, especially on mobile or in crisis moments.

So I kept the core flow clear: filter, tap a pin, take the next step.

Pin details were cleaned up so important actions are close by: call, website, and directions when available.

I also aligned wording between map and directory views so people do not have to relearn labels page to page.

Next improvements will keep focusing on clarity in dense areas and smoother use on older devices. The goal stays the same: make support easier to reach, not harder to navigate.
